We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange viewings or test drives, and where relevant to arrange finance or a part exchange valuation. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted unless we are required to keep them for accounting or legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email junction5carsales@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.

Third parties

Our website is hosted by a third-party provider and enquiry data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Where you apply for finance, your details may be shared with lenders on our panel with your consent.
